A North East based company which specialises in ironing, laundry, dry cleaning and alterations services asked Twist to develop and upgrade its brand identity, to better reflect the needs and wants of its audience. Twist approached the project with a brand-discovery process that set out to fully understand the behaviour of Creases’ current and desired audiences, including a focus on audience experience and brand interaction.
Twist delivered a complete brand overhaul including the launch of a new logo, website, shop signage and van wrap.
Twist led on the logo development, offering a plethora of options exploring colour and symbol psychology. Recent trend research identified a shift in design preferences towards simple and bold logos as studies found they were more likely to be remembered by customers.
Once the logo, brand identity and tone of voice was approved, Twist applied new brand guidelines across a range of digital and print collateral from price lists to appointment cards.
