Challenge
NQ64 hit Newcastle with a storm of retro games, mouth watering cocktails and a whole load of space madness in August 2022.
Their signature neon-filled aesthetic is the first immersive arcade bar experience of its kind to the North East. NQ64’s signature street style sees spray painted artwork cover the walls where guests can enjoy game-themed cocktails and craft beers while playing a range of retro arcade machines, pinball and classic consoles to sounds of NQ64’s signature old school hip hop playlist.
Approach
NQ64 approached Twist to help build a buzz around the grand North East opening and increase brand awareness within the region through a PR campaign including: media relations, influencer outreach and launch event support.
Twist planned a bold and loud influencer party that positioned NQ64 as the coolest and most talked about neon lit late night bar and venue in the city!
