Challenge
A new viennoiserie needed a branding strategy and content ahead of their launch in Newcastle upon Tyne.
Approach
Our first step to addressing this sumptuous brief was to discover the brand and establish their story. We could see from the mouthwatering pastries how much potential this business had – we just needed to establish the vibe and create the content they needed to start them off on their journey.
We gathered insight, discovered the personalities behind the brand and together developed a tone of voice that reflected the personalities of the women behind the brand, this is important so everyone involved in the business can naturally carry the brand vibe through at every touchpoint.
